Take some love

I'm almost half way through my stack of magazines :); I've decided to keep quite a lot and get rid of the non-so-interesting ones. And I've already started doing things with the scraps; look :):

Yes, I cut words and even letters and keep them all in different envelopes (A through Z, nouns, adjectives, verbs, determiners, phrases, small pictures, photos of clothes). Mind you, I even used to do this when I did have a job. I don't know, to me it feels like "relaxing time"; I enjoy it and find it soothing.

Anyway, I meant to do something like this a long ago for Melissa's series of posts "Spread the love" (here's my take, in case you're curious), but I never got round to doing it till today. I know it's cheesy, but hey, cheesy is my second name after all, haha.

So, these are the supplies I used: a paper cutter, a ruler, a heart stamp, white construction paper, glue, markers and lots of "love", bahaha.

The whole squares are 18cm x 18cm and the semi cut-out strips, 3cm x 10cm.

Erm, of course the point was to put them in public places for people to take. 

I'll check tomorrow or maybe in a couple of days to see if people have grabbed any of them :).
